About Me

My name is Meredith and I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I received my BSN from Johns Hopkins University and my MSN from Vanderbilt University. I have worked as an emergency room nurse, a psychiatric nurse in residential and outpatient care, as well as a clinical instructor in public health nursing. I also have an MSPH in Social and Behavioral Interventions from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. I provide medication management for individuals ages 18 and up. I believe in a collaborative care approach, keeping in mind all aspects of a person’s health including physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual.
